Recognize damaged layer pads or layer pads filled with water
This machine enables the operator to check the condition of the layer pads after the washing process. This unit can be installed to sort out damaged layer pads from the process or layer pads filled with water. The Final Inspection Unit can be installed in-line and has an efficient final control station.
Characteristics of this product
- Capacity up to 1,250 layer pads per hour, depending on the quality of the layer pads and the speed of the operator while loading
- Type of layer pads: solid and/or corrugated, EU size (1,200x1,000, 1,200x800, 1,000x800 mm) and deviating sizes.
- Can be installed both as stand-alone and in-line, with fully automated cleaning machines
